Shipping & Returns
Please allow 24-72 hours to receive tracking information on your order. Keep in mind, that some of our deals are so popular that we literally can have hundreds if not thousands of orders within a 24 hour period. We have a large staff that is working diligently to make sure that each and every order ships on time, is accurately packaged and delivers to our customers as quickly as possible. Please check your spam folder as well for any emails from email@example.com if you do not see anything from us in the 24-72 hour period.
EXPECTED LEAD TIMES
- 24 Hours to 72 Hours (1-3 Business Days) to ship and provide tracking
- Once order has shipped, allow 1-3 Days for USPS Priority Shipping. To check the status of your shipment, please visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number that we have provided to you.
ISSUES WITH MY ORDER
- The tracking information isn't correct
- Please verify the tracking information that was emailed to you.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the tracking number.
- My shipment is delayed
- Unfortunately, we cannot control and delays by USPS. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons including weather. Again, please verify that the tracking information is correct.
- My order is incorrect
- Please email us at email@example.com immediately if the order you have received was incorrect for any reason. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and if there is an issue, we want to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please remember to include your Name, Contact Number, Email, and the Order # with your inquiry.
- We DO NOT refund transactions on juice. If it was a major issue, please Contact Us.
- We can only refund unopened and unused hardware (Coils, Box Mods, Starter Kits, Accessories, Mech Mods, Atomizers, etc.) within 14 days of product arrival.
- Should there be any Manufacturer Defects, and the product was opened, please notify us within 72 hours of the product arrival about the issue, otherwise, there will be no refund offered.
- Shipping Charges on the return of defective items are paid by the customer. ALL PARTS OF DEVICE MUST BE INCLUDED OR ELSE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DECLINED.
